If the police are not responding then that means security wont have law enforcement back up either. :shock:

A company should have multiple simultaneous patrols for an account like this.

Not a chance at all, I’d do that. Unless you’re providing the security officers the ability to book them into jail, and given them full authority, with a significant pay raise.

But for average $12-15/hr security jobs, you’d be lucky to have somebody even show up for shift.

If police are mistreated, what do you think they will do to security? Cities like this are lawless.

I feel for any poor security Officer who would take this job.
They are going to be thrown under the bus, the first time they use any kind of force

I agree! I had the same thoughts as you. High risk, little reward.

Not unarmed and only if working in pairs with backup. The pay would have to be good too.
