Personally, I would take the allied job with the hospital and get my hospital experience. Then start applying to hospitals with inhouse security. Way more opportunities that way. Once you're inhouse the pay and benefits go up. You also have a ton of opportunity to move up in the company.

It's been cold and the homeless are scrambling for shelter. A lot of them are coming into the emergency room with false claims just to get inside and get a meal. They get discharged and turn around to check in again with a different complaint.

And all seriousness this amount is nothing for allied universal to pay. This is essentially pay to play. Allied is harming the security industry across the country.
